  swiss german dictionaries

  this wordlists for switzerlands written german are based on christian
  cenker's german wordlists.
  what i did:

   - replaced all 'ß' by 'ss'
   - in ch_alt i individually checked words containing triple s.
     (with the new spelling 'sss' are never replaced by 'ss')
   - removed some misspelled words
   - removed some of the wordlists
   - sorted and renamed the lists
